Injury Prevention Training

Who doesn’t want to prevent injuries? Although no program can truly prevent injuries 100% of the time, our programming will look at your injury history, current activities you like to participate in, and goals in order to come up with an evidence based program to reduce the risk of injury backed by science. 

Our programs typically consist of mobility work, strength training, balance, and activity specific movement training for the most optimal results.
